About
I am interested in studying values created and exchanged in Digitally Engaged Communities, which in my point of view is what 'Online communities' should be named nowadays. I aim at investigating the different roles of users in these communities, and in relationship with that, what type of value can users capture and exchange despite of the role being adopted.
I will be running 2 focus groups this summer to support my literature, along with netnography that will be supported by interviews and first-hand observations.
I discovered how interested i am in such a topic after i have worked in a project along with other academics in the department, where i did some field work about trust and value in the digital economy
